Shipping Policy

DryGenie orders received by 2:00 p.m. CST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. CST will ship the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on carrier and destination.

Shipping Methods

Orders ship via standard ground service (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) depending on your location. At checkout, you’ll see the shipping options available for your address. Expedited shipping may be available once the product is in stock.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and order size.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. For orders outside the U.S., please contact our customer service team at orders@electrosea.com to inquire about availability.

Order Updates

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment’s progress.

If you need to update your shipping address before your order ships, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@electrosea.com.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your product arrives damaged or you suspect your package is lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your DryGenie™ in perfect condition.
